There are currently 3 ways to get support from the Lifecoach Team. Here are the best options available so feel free to choose a method that suits you! We recommend following this order:


  1. Browse or search this Knowledge Base for answers to common questions. You'll find many support articles here, broken down depending on whether you're a Coach or a Coachee/Student and by area of the app, for example 'Online Courses' or 'Creating an Account'. If you've had a good look and can't find what you need, move on to step 2...
  2. Submit a support ticket. We're always here and happy to help! We try to answer all enquiries the same day, but please do allow a little longer during very busy periods. If you prefer to use your own email client rather than our dedicated ticket system, please move on to step 3...
