About

We want you to be completely satisfied and get tangible value from all products & services purchased through the Lifecoach platform. If you are unhappy with a purchase, for whatever reason, and provided you observe the guidelines outlined below, you can request a refund.

Who handles refunds?

All refund requests are handled by the Lifecoach Quality Team and not individual Coaches. We've taken this approach to ensure all refund requests are processed quickly and fairly, with a universal (impartial) standard across all requests.

Refund period

Private (1-to-1) coaching sessions, purchased as part of a coaching service or coaching package, can be refunded within 7 days of the first paid session with a coach. Approved first session refunds are returned in full. Where you have purchased more than 1 session, any payment(s) for subsequent sessions (after your initial session with a coach) will only be refunded if the remaining sessions that you have purchased are unused, and cancelled with more than 24 hours notice before your next unused session. Please note that 'unused' sessions do not include 'no-shows'. In cases where you do not join a session (no-show), your coach may accept a re-scheduling, but you will not be eligible to request a refund for any 'no-show' sessions. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice are classed as 'no-shows' by the platform. Approved refunds for unused coaching sessions are returned pro-rata.

eCourse purchases can be refunded, within 28 days of purchase. Approved refunds are returned in full.

Refund method

All refunds (full and partial) are returned via the original payment method.

Reasons for denied refund requests

While our refund policy is in place to protect our client community (you), we must also protect our Coaches from fraud and provide them with a reasonable payment schedule.

Regarding eCourses: If all eCourse content was consumed or downloaded before the refund was requested, the refund request may be rejected.

Please note that we will not process refund requests received after the relevant refund window.

Finally, clients who request multiple refunds over an extended period may have their refunds denied and be subject to suspension for abuse of the refund policy.
